Yaeko is a Bay Area native and resides in Fremont with her family. Through her work she has access to abundant floral materials which are featured in her lavish ikebana arrangements. She has demonstrated and exhibited many times in Ohara flower shows, the Cherry Blossom Festival, and at Ikebana International exhibitions. |

For four decades Yaeko Yasuhiro has studied Ohara
ikebana with Grandmaster Suiyo Fujimoto. She holds an Associate First Degree,
Master Course. She is affiliated with several ikebana organizations including
the Ohara School of Northern California Chapter; North America Ohara Teachers'
Assocation; Ikebana Teachers Federation; Suiyo Flower Club; and Ikebana
International. |
