IKEBANA 2005
THE GALA 25th FLOWER SHOW

Ikebana International, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter

San Francisco's largest and most prestigious exhibition of Japanese ikebana floral designs and installations, Ikebana 2005 features the work of artists from several different schools of ikebana in a panoramic display of traditional, contemporary, and avant-garde arrangements, both indoors and outdoors. Part of proceeds will benefit the Conservatory of Flowers and the San Francisco Botanical Gardens at Strybing Arboretum.

 
Dates: Saturday and Sunday, May 14 & 15, 2005.
   
Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. both days
   
Location: San Francisco County Fair Building, 9th Avenue & Lincoln Way
Golden Gate Park, San Francisco
   
Parking: Limited free, reserved parking in Golden Gate Park on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive parallel to Lincoln Way between 9th & 7th Avenue.
   
Admission: Includes Exhibition and Demonstration Programs
  $7.00 at the door
  $5.00 for advance sale tickets
  $5.00 for seniors, students and disabled persons
