The final program in the 2000-2001 season was a luncheon program at the Fort Mason Officers Club. Ohara School artist Yaeko Suisho Yasuhiro demonstrated springtime arrangements in a variety of Ohara School styles. Mrs. Yasuhiro is a Second Degree Master in the Ohara School. She is a student of Grandmaster Suiyo Fujimoto and has participated in many Bay Area exhibitions and demonstrations. She is active with several local ikebana organizations, including the Ikebana Teachers Federation and the Ohara School of Northern California chapter. In addition to the demonstration, election and installation of officers for the 2001-2002 will be held during this program.
