The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of Ikebana International was founded in 1960 and presents programs and exhibitions by the Bay Area's foremost Ikebana artists on the third Friday of each month from September through May. Programs of approximately two hours begin at 12:00 p.m. and are held in the auditorium of the San Francisco County Fair Building at 9th Avenue and Lincoln Way, Golden Gate Park. Visitors are welcome to attend these programs. Admission for visitors is $10 at the door. For more information, telephone (415) 566-2976.
