Sharon Krawetz, Wafu School of Ikebana, has studied, taught, demonstrated and exhibited ikebana for nearly three decades. With the lively theme "A Doll Festival", she brightened February with arrangements suited to this colorful festival much beloved in Japan. Ms. Krawetz finds constant inspiration in the materials of the changing seasons and enjoys fashioning new ways to combine them in her arrangements. An accomplished artist and holder of Wafu's Somu degree, her work is often exhibited. After many years of teaching ikebana, she now substitutes for other teachers when needed.
