Charlene Yip made her debut demonstration for the chapter this month. She is an extremely versatile and accomplished artist, working in many art forms. She holds Sogetsu's first degree. In addition to ikebana, she works in ceramics and glass. She has taught Chinese painting and also has studied floristry. Charlene creates dramatic arrangements and installations for exhibition as shown at "Bouquets to Art" at the San Francisco Legion of Honor Museum and the Sogetsu Bay Area Branch's "Artscapes" in downtown San Francisco.
