Kozue Knowles traveled from our sister chapter in Monterey to bring us holiday cheer and a program of festive seasonal arrangements. Ms. Knowles is a past president of the I.I. Monterey Bay Chapter. She teaches Sogetsu ikebana, exhibits and demonstrates for the chapter and other private groups such as the Oriental Art Society, the Historic Garden League in Carmel Valley, Monterey Peninsula Country Club, garden groups, retirement and hospice facilities, and women's support groups. At the Pebble Beach Garden Show she installed a table setting with ikebana for "A Design for Dining". Multi-talented, Ms. Knowles also is accredited in the Urasenke School of tea and conducts tea ceremonies.
