Two skilled Sogetsu artists from Sacramento took time from busy holiday schedules to visit the chapter and present a program of holiday arrangements. They used an abundance of winter berries and other seasonal materials to celebrate the festive season. Both are active teachers of ikebana, members of the Sacramento Arrangers Guild, and work with many garden and floral groups. |

December also brought the Holiday Bazaar, chaired this year by Dena Valenzuela. There were many seasonal ikebana materials on sale, as well as homemade preserves, baked goods, and holiday gifts and trinkets.
